The Design your own Reusable Facemask is a non-medical device but will protect again solid particles, droplets, smoke and is also windproof for outdoor use. Our custom made masks are comfortable, soft cotton washable and reusable face masks with 2 layers protection consisting of a blended 95% cotton plus 5% spandex. Inner layer and a 170gsm 100% polyester outer layer. Two elastic ear straps secure it in place.
Decoration is a choice of full colour sublimation design available on the outer layer or up to 4 colours by heat transfer on the outer layer. Choice of black or white elastic and binding.
Our Design your own Reusable Facemask are washable and reusable time and time again. Our custom printed face masks is a primary function of minimising the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the chances of passing the disease to other beings. The masks can be made with filter pocket for additional barrier protection if required. Hand washing in a mild detergent is recommended after each use, rinse well and dry before using again.
You’ll have no problem breathing well with a printed mask as we use water-based printing, a style in which the ink dyes the fabric of the material, rather than sitting on top of it. You can design a custom print or corporate logo, photograph or artwork for any project. There is no limitation to the design or colours, designs can be printed in full bleed edge to edge and we can also match design at the middle stitch of the fitted mask.
